OLS linear regression model predicting real estate prices in the Philadelphia area
Developed an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) linear regression model to predict real estate prices in the Philadelphia area. The model combines internal property characteristics with external data from Philadelphia Open Data and the American Community Survey (U.S. Census Bureau) to build an accurate and generalizable home sales price model for the sample housing market.
